At Torrent Falls, we understand that "Things Come Up". If you cancel TWO weeks prior to arrival we will work with you to reschedule your trip and your deposit will be transfered to that reservation date. We do not issue cash/credit refunds under any circumstances. If you choose not to reschedule at the time of canceling or if there is a "NO SHOW" , your deposit will be forfeited.
In the rare circumstances where we need to cancel an event that is already in progress, we reserve the right to decide whether a refund or credit, at a pro-rated rate, will be issued. We are not responsible for cancellation fees or costs arising from your change or canceled flights, lodging or other arrangements.
