Waivers
Every person that participates in our activities, whether it be the Climbing Adventure, Guided Climbing, or Guided Rappelling, needs to sign our waiver. All pages must be complete in order to climb. Adults will have two pages to fill out and minors (ages 10 to 17) will have three pages. The third page is a permission form signed by a parent or guardian. MINORS WILL NEED ALL THREE PAGES FILLED OUT, THE PERMISSION FORM IS NOT ENOUGH. Also, please put the date that you will be climbing in the "climb date," please do not put the date that you are filling out the waiver. Please download the forms and fill them out prior to arival.
