All reservations are currently made over the phone. Sorry we do not take online reservations.
     For the CLIMBING ADVENTURE we would like to have reservations for groups of 10 or more people. We do not take reservations for the Climbing Adventure for groups of fewer than 10 participants; however you may still call to check availability.
     For GUIDED CLIMBING or GUIDED RAPPELLING we must have a reservation regardless of the size of the group participating.

     To make a reservation, we must have a major credit card to hold the date for you at the time of making the reservation. You may send a check to cover the deposit instead of charging your credit card but we must have a card because if you decide to not show up or call to cancel you will be charged for the full amount. The balance is due on your reserved date of arrival.
    A deposit secures your space at Torrent Falls. Once you reserve your date, we lose the right to sell your space. THIS DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE. This includes groups that have less than half of their party show up. Our trips, space, equipment, and staff are limited and are designed around our reservations.

We accept major credit cards, (i.e. Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express), cashier's check, traveler's checks, and cash.
