Torrent Falls Climbing Adventure

Torrent Falls Climbing Adventure has been highly enjoyed by the Boy Scouts of America. Boy Scouts travel from far to participate in the Climbing Adventure, Guided Climbing and Rappelling, and the Climbing Merit Badge. The Climbing Adventure is great for large groups allowing everyone to climb at the same time. Boy Scouts are able to learn communication and leadership skills as they are being challened by the tough sections of the Climbing Adventure. Repeat troops find new challenges as they particpate in the guided climbing and rappelling. Boy Scouts have really enjoyed the Combo Package with the Guided Rappelling and the Climbing Adventure. Torrent Falls offers Boy Scouts the chance to earn the Climbing Merit Badge. RESERVATION IS REQUIRED. This is a very extensive class so be prepared to stay all day.

Course Curriculm:

• Basic safety class (usually completed in the morning)
• Knot tying
• Rappelling off 30 foot rappel
• Rock Climbing on two sport routes (5.4 and 5.6 difficulty)

After completion of the Climbing Merit Badge, Boy Scouts are free to climb the Climbing Adventure the rest of the day.

AGE LIMIT: MUST be 14 years of age or older
SIZE OF GROUP: Minimum of 6 people to participate, Maximum of 12 people
COST: $50 Per Scout, Price includes the Climbing Adventure
