Reservations

***A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO MAKE A RESERVATION.***

A deposit secures your space at Torrent Falls. Once you reserve your date, we lose the right to sell your space. THIS DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE. This includes groups that have less than half of their party show up. Our trips, space, equipment, and staff are limited and are designed around our reservations.

All reservations are currently made over the phone. To make a reservation, we must have a major credit card to hold the date for you at the time of making the reservation. You may send a check to cover the deposit instead of charging your credit card but we must have a card because if you decide to not show up or call to cancel you will be charged for the full amount. The balance is due on your reserved date of arrival.

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express), cashier's check, traveler's checks, and cash. Sorry, personal checks are not accepted.

Cancellations Policy

At Torrent Falls, we understand that "Things Come Up". If you cancel TWO weeks prior to arrival we will work with you to reschedule your trip and your deposit will be transferred to that reservation date. We do not issue cash/credit refunds under any circumstances. If you choose not to reschedule at the time of canceling or if there is a "NO SHOW", your deposit will be forfeited.

In the rare circumstances where we need to cancel an event that is already in progress, we reserve the right to decide whether a refund or credit, at a pro-rated rate, will be issued. We are not responsible for cancellation fees or costs arising from your change or canceled flights, lodging or other arrangements.

SIZE OF GROUP: Minimum of 6 people to participate, Maximum of 12 people
COST: $50 Per Scout, Price includes the Climbing Adventure
